Our collections
You’ll find we’re different from the standard high-street opticians in that we offer independent brands as well as the popular big brands. We consider our patients when we select which brands to work with, and choose those that we believe offer high-quality glasses frames that people will like. If you’re looking for something particular, we can source frames that can’t be found in our practice.
Your appointment
We ask you to book a frame styling appointment so that we can be sure you’re given the time and attention you need. First, we’ll make sure you have an up-to-date prescription and arrange a sight test if you don’t. Then, we’ll talk through your requirements with you, including your lifestyle, preferences and budget.
Our frame stylers know our collections inside out and are experts at matching frames with faces. They will guide you through browsing the collections and offer advice on the styles that will suit your face shape. You might find they pick frames for you that you wouldn’t pick for yourself, but when you try them on you see that they do suit you after all. Sometimes there are also functional requirements, such as frames that are well suited to varifocal lenses, which is something we will help you with too.
Bespoke frames
Here at Optical Studio, we work with many customisable brands that offer bespoke styling. You can request frames that are tailored to your specific requirements, such as in colours to suit your preference. We work with different brands from all over the world including many independent ones that have more alternative designs to offer. You can order glasses that are unique to you, and designed to suit your personality and looks.
